Delivery and returns

Delivery

For now, we only deliver within the UK. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours of your order. We use Royal Mail's Tracked 24 with signature service to ensure your items get to you. Your items should be with you within three business days of ordering.

Delivery is free for orders £180 or more. For orders below, delivery is £5.

Returns

If you need to return anything, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order (look at law) to request return/return to us.

Your item(s) must be in the same condition in which they were received, with their original tags attached. Email us at hello@meadowandbay.com to discuss returning to us. Unfortunately, as a brand new, small brand, we cannot fund postage for returns unless an item is faulty or incorrect.

If your item is faulty or incorrect, or you have any other issues, please notify us as soon as possible.
